By signing up for the ADR Women's Day Fun Run 2025, I acknowledge and confirm the following:

Acknowledgment of Risks and Responsibility:
I fully understand the inherent risks and responsibilities associated with participating in the ADR Women's Day Fun Run 2025. I agree to take part entirely at my own risk and assume full responsibility for any potential injury, loss, or harm.

Physical Fitness and Health:
I acknowledge that this is a physical activity that requires a basic level of fitness. It is my responsibility to assess my own health before deciding to participate. I confirm that I am in suitable physical condition to take part in the event.

Course and Traffic Risks:
I understand that the event may take place on open roads, parks, or designated running paths that could involve vehicular or pedestrian traffic. I will take necessary precautions to ensure my safety.

Medical Information Validity:
The medical information I have provided is accurate and up to date. I confirm that I am fit to participate in this event.

Accuracy of Registration Information:
I affirm that all the details provided by me during registration are truthful and accurate.

Right to Reject or Disqualify:
I understand that the event organizers reserve the right to reject my application or disqualify me from participating before or during the event for any reason they deem appropriate, including health concerns.

Authorization for Medical Care:
If I fall ill, sustain an injury, or require medical attention during the event, I authorize event officials, organizers, and their designated medical staff or volunteers to administer first aid or transport me to a medical facility at their discretion, at my own risk and cost. I take full responsibility for any medical expenses incurred.

Waiver of Liability:
I, along with my legal representatives, waive all claims against the event organizers, officials, sponsors, volunteers, and other associated entities for any illness, injury, death, or any other incident arising from my participation.

Compliance with Race Official's Decisions:
I agree to follow all decisions made by race officials regarding any aspect of my participation, including their authority to deny or suspend my participation if necessary.

COVID-19 Disclaimer:
The event organizers will take necessary precautions in accordance with government COVID-19 guidelines. However, I acknowledge that the organizers are not responsible if I contract COVID-19 due to negligence by other participants or myself.

Assumption of Risk:
I fully assume all risks associated with participating in this fun run, including but not limited to exposure to COVID-19, accidents, falls, interactions with other participants, weather-related conditions, traffic, and varying terrain conditions.

By participating in this event, I acknowledge and accept all the risks, responsibilities, and conditions outlined above.

Terms & Condition

Cancellation and Refund Policy In light of the unprecedented and uncertain circumstances, the event organizers will make every effort to ensure the ADR Women's Day Run proceeds as planned. However, in the event of cancellation due to government restrictions, lockdowns, directives from local authorities, or natural calamities, participants will be eligible for a 75% refund of the registration fee.
Terms & Conditions Event Changes or Cancellations: The organizers reserve the right to change the event date or cancel the event if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
Participant Conduct: All participants are expected to behave courteously towards fellow participants and event staff. Any inappropriate or harmful behaviour towards others or animals will result in severe penalties. Runners must refrain from any acts of bad sportsmanship, including the use of illicit substances. If a participant is found violating this rule by the medical team, they will be immediately disqualified from the event and banned from participating in future events organized by ADR. Additionally, participants must not intentionally block or impede other runners during the race. While this may not lead to penalties, such actions reflect poorly on the participant’s sportsmanship and reputation.
Bib Distribution: Participants must ensure that all registration details are complete before collecting their race bibs. Bibs will only be distributed upon presenting a valid ID. No applications will be processed at the time of bib distribution.
Race Bib Guidelines: The race bib must be clearly visible at all times during the event and should be worn on the front of the body (chest, stomach, or leg). It must be positioned over clothing and should not be attached to the back.
Media Consent: By participating in the event, the participant grants the organizers the right to use any photographs, videos, or other images captured during the event in which they appear. These may be published in various media platforms, including websites, social media, and promotional materials.
Application Accuracy: Participants are required to complete the application form fully and truthfully. Incomplete or incorrect forms may be rejected by the organizers without notice. The organizers also reserve the right to reject any application, regardless of completeness, without providing reasons for rejection.
Non-Transferability of Bibs: Registered participants are not permitted to transfer their race bib to another individual. Please note, this is just a fun run and no price to the winners.
Force Majeure: In the event of cancellation due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, government mandates, or other uncontrollable factors), the organizers will not reschedule the event and are not liable for any costs incurred by participants.
Liability Disclaimer: Participation in the event is at the participant's own risk. The organizers are not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses sustained by participants, unless caused by deliberate intent or gross negligence on the part of the organizers. This includes serious injuries or death. Participants must ensure they are in good physical and mental health and have adequately prepared for the event through training and other means. The organizers strongly recommend a medical examination before participation.
Indemnification: Participants indemnify the organizers against any liability for damages caused to third parties due to their actions during the event. The participant also assumes responsibility for any personal injuries sustained during the event, except where such damages result from gross negligence or intentional acts by the organizer.
Use of Personal Data: The organizers will collect and store participants' personal data in a secure database. By participating in the event, the participant grants permission for their data to be used for event-related communications and shared with third parties for the same purpose. The participant also agrees to allow the organizers to publish their name, results, or images in various media outlets, including newspapers and online platforms.
Race Officials' Authority: The ADR Organizers are authorized to enforce the event regulations. They have the right to disqualify any participant found littering, misbehaving with staff, volunteers, or other authorities, or failing to adhere to the event rules.
Race Category Compliance: Participants must remain within the race category they have registered for.
