Distances:- 75 KM Ultra Run, 50 KM Ultra Run, 25 KM, 10 KM (all are timed run)

Registration Fees:

1. 75 KM: ₹6000/-
2. 50 KM: ₹4000/-

Cut-off Timings:

1. 75 KM: 12 Hours
2. 50 KM: 9 Hours
3. 25 KM: 5 Hours
4. 10 KM: 2 Hours

2. 31 to 40 Years
3. 41 to 50 Years
4. 51+ Years

BIB Expo for Dehradun Ultra Run 2025 

1. BIB Expo Date:- 08th March 2025 March 2025
2. Time:- 4 PM to 6 PM
3. BIB Expo Venue:- Hotel JSR Inn, Parking area, Kimadi Road, Dehradun, Uttarakhand

Points to remember:

1. To get customized BIB register at least 20 days before the event date.
2. BIB Expo will be on 1 day before the event at Venue only, there is no BIB Expo on event day.
3. If anyone is collecting other's bibs he/she should have a consent letter along with a ticket from the participants then we will hand over the BIB.
4. There is no on-spot registration.
5. Exchange: Participants are not allowed to exchange their Timing BIBs with other participants. The BIB number assigned to each participant is unique and must be used only by that participant only, if anyone is found putting on another's bib he/she will be disqualified from the event.
6. Put on BIB on Chest, it should be visible, if anyone is found with BIB on the back he/she will be disqualified from the winner's list.
7. All the updates related to the event will be shared on the registered email ID.
8. The timing certificate and timing will be available on the same day, timing message will be sent to a registered number.
9. All photos will be available within 24 Hr 

Facilities during the event:

1. Baggage Counter at the venue.
2. Ambulance on the route.
3. Physio and medical team at Venue and on Route at multiple points.
4. Hydration point at every 2-5 km.
5. Washroom at Start/Finish and on route.
6. Route Marking: The route will be marked with arrows and other markers to guide participants on the correct path during the half marathon.
7. Pre-Event Zumba and post-run cooldown session for runners by Zumba instructors.
8. Volunteers will be en route to guide runners and at Hydration points.
9. The medal will be given to all the participants post-completion of the run.
